In line with article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereafter “the Code”), we are providing you with the following information about the use of your personal data by Omer Ltd, as the owner, Via Angelo Russello St., Z.I. ASI – 90044 Carini (Italy), hereafter the “Company” for brevity. In line with the Code, the personal data that you provide will only be used by the Company for the purposes of finding and selecting personnel. Providing your personal data is not compulsory, but refusal to do so, or refusal to allow its subsequent use and communication will make it impossible for the Company to place them on file, and therefore to evaluate your candidacy for any possible future working relationship or job. Please check that your curriculum vitae does not contain any so-called sensitive information (for example information relating to your state of health, or your political, religious or philosophical views etc.) and if it does, remove it before sending. Personal data will be stored on paper and by electronic means. All your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to decide whether to offer you a job or not, and in any case for a period of time no longer than that required for recruitment purposes. After this, the aforementioned data will be destroyed. Employees of the Personnel/Human Resources Office and other offices in the Company that might from time to time take an interest in your professional profile may become aware of your personal data. Your data will not be made public but the employees and the head of data processing of the Personnel/Human Resources Office of the Company may become aware of it. With regard to the aforementioned use of data, you may exercise your rights as set out in article 7 of the Code at any time by giving notice to the Company using the address indicated above.
