Use of personal data

In compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (so-called "GDPR"), we provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data, carried out, as data controller, by O.ME.R. S.p.A., hereafter referred to as the "Company" and contactable by the references shown on the company Website. The personal data you provide will be processed, on your consent, by the Company, exclusively for the staffing research and selection. The provision of your personal data is optional, but the refusal to provide it, or to allow the subsequent processing and communication, will determine for the company the impossibility to enter the data in its archive and, consequently, to evaluate your name in order of the future establishment of a possible working relationship or collaboration. Please verify that no sensitive data is indicated in your curriculum. (e.g. information on health status, political, trade union, religious, philosophical, etc.) and, in this case, delete them before sending. The processing of personal data will be done by archiving on paper or electronic media. All your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to decide whether or not to proceed with your employment, and in any case for a period not exceeding one year, after which the same data will be destroyed. Your data may be disclosed to persons in charge of the Human Resources / Human Resources Office and other offices of the Company from time to time interested in your professional role. They can be communicated / known by the subjects who, on behalf of the Company, deal with technical aspects such as the management of the company website. In relation to the aforementioned treatments at any time you can exercise, through communication to be sent to the above addresses, the rights provided by the GDPR including, in short, access, rectification, integration and blocking where there is a legitimate interest or a lawbreaking.
